1. Shipping Guidelines & Fees

We ship premium apparel nationwide across India. Our shipping fee model is structured dynamically:

• Orders with subtotals equal or greater than ₹1,500 qualify for FREE shipping.
• Orders below the threshold accrue a flat shipping delivery charge of ₹150.

Delivery dispatch usually occurs within 48 operational hours of payment verification or online COD confirmation. Carrier transit times vary from 3 to 7 working days.

2. Easy 30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your garment.

To qualify for returns:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original brand packaging.
• Brand labels and tags must remain attached.
• Returns are not accepted for custom-tailored apparel or intimate wear.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please mail your request containing order reference numbers to support@clothings.in. Our support team will coordinate reverse pickup options or guide you on self-shipment credentials.
